SRQ Casino Rating

In calculating the
SRQ Casino Rating…

we individually assess and measure an online casino’s 5 critical success factors:

  1. Welcome Bonuses & Promotions
  2. Game Selection & Software
  3. Payout Speed & Banking
  4. Licensing & Security
  5. Mobile Experience

to produce our SRQ overall casino rating. This numeric rating, coupled with the detailed review and associated casino-specific information, is designed to provide guidance to you during your online casino selection process.

See the ratings scale on the second tab.

There are hundreds of online casinos accepting US players. By providing consistent, hands-on testing of these casinos, we aim to be the trusted guide that helps you find the right site for how you play.

Play smart.

SRQ Casino Ratings Scale

The SRQ Casino Rating is the result of a methodology we developed to consistently measure an online casino’s bonus value, game quality, payout reliability, security standards, and mobile experience.

By using the SRQ Casino Rating, we provide a standard score for you to use when choosing an online casino.

How We Test Online Casinos

Every casino on SRQ Reviews has been tested with real deposits, real play, and real withdrawals. We don’t rely on press releases or operator-provided data. Here’s what our review process looks like:

1. Real Money Deposits

Jack and Penny each create accounts, deposit their own funds (typically via Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency), and play through the welcome bonus terms. This is the only way to know whether a bonus is actually worth claiming or just marketing noise.

2. Bonus Rollover Testing

We calculate the effective value of every welcome offer. A 500% match with 50x rollover can be worth less than a 100% match with 10x rollover. We play through the terms ourselves and report how long it realistically takes to clear the wagering requirement on games you’d actually want to play.

3. Withdrawal Timing

This is where most reviews fall short. We time every withdrawal from the moment we submit the request to the moment funds hit our wallet. Crypto payout speeds are recorded in minutes, not estimated ranges. If a casino claims “instant withdrawals” but takes 6 hours, we report that.

4. Game & Software Quality

We check provider variety, RTP transparency, live dealer stream quality, mobile load times, and whether the games you see advertised are actually available for US players. A casino with 5,000 games that restricts half of them by geo is not a 5,000-game casino.

5. Ongoing Monitoring

Our guides are updated monthly. Bonus terms change, casinos add or remove payment methods, and payout speeds fluctuate. We re-test periodically and update our ratings accordingly. If a casino that earned a 9.5 six months ago drops to an 8.0 experience today, we adjust the score.

Editorial Independence

SRQ Reviews earns revenue through affiliate partnerships with the casinos we review. When you click a link and create an account, we may receive a commission. This does not influence our ratings or rankings. Casinos cannot pay for a higher position, and we have declined partnerships with operators that didn’t meet our standards. Our reputation depends on honest assessments — that’s worth more than any single commission.
