SRQ Reviews provides honest, experience-based casino reviews for US players. Every review on this site is based on real-money testing by our editorial team — not press releases, marketing materials, or secondhand information.
How We Review Casinos
Our review process follows a consistent methodology across every casino we evaluate:
- Account creation: We sign up as a regular player and evaluate the registration process.
- Real-money deposit: We deposit our own funds, typically via cryptocurrency, and document the process.
- Bonus testing: We claim the welcome bonus and play through the wagering requirements on real games, tracking time and effort to clear.
- Game evaluation: We test game variety, software quality, RTP transparency, mobile performance, and live dealer streams.
- Withdrawal testing: We request a withdrawal and time it from submission to funds arriving in our wallet.
- Support evaluation: We contact customer support via live chat and evaluate response time and helpfulness.
Our Rating System
Each casino receives an SRQ Rating on a 1–10 scale based on five equally weighted factors:

- Game Selection & Software — Provider variety, game count, RTP transparency
- Payout Speed & Banking — Withdrawal processing time, available methods, fees

Ratings are updated when we re-test casinos or when significant changes occur (bonus term changes, new payment methods, licensing updates).
Editorial Independence
SRQ Reviews earns revenue through affiliate partnerships with the casinos we review. This is how we fund our operations and continue providing free content. However:
- Affiliate revenue does not influence our ratings, rankings, or editorial opinions.
- Casinos cannot pay for a higher position in our toplists.
- We have declined partnerships with operators that did not meet our standards.
